How the Board Handles Complaints
The Executive Secretary reviews complaints and makes recommendations to the Board for action, which may include suspending or revoking the license, fines, remediation or the like.

How to File a Complaint with the Board
Download a "Request for Investigation" form for use. This form should be filled out in detail, notarized, and accompanied by a release of information form in order for the Board to begin action on complaints. Complaints must be in writing and notarized. The Board will take no action on complaints made by telephone, e-mail or other means.

Grounds for Disciplining a Psychologist
The grounds for withholding, denying, revoking or suspending the license of a psychologist or otherwise disciplining a psychologist are detailed here, per Section 73-31-21 of the Mississippi Code.
